Located in the International Departures area at Concourse G, the lounges officially open on August 28, 2026.

 

Plaza Premium First is designed for travelers seeking a more private and personalized lounge experience, complemented by carefully curated food and beverage offerings. Plaza Premium Lounge, meanwhile, welcomes travelers regardless of airline or class of travel, with dedicated relaxation areas, dining spaces, and thoughtfully designed facilities that cater to a wide range of travel needs.

 

A key feature of the lounges is the integration of global standards with distinctive Thai elements, reflected through technology, design, food, and operating practices that take sustainability and the diverse needs of travelers into consideration.

 

In terms of technology, the lounges feature a Self-Check-in system that supports QR Code access, helping streamline the entry process and provide greater convenience and speed for travelers. The design follows Plaza Premium Group’s global standards while incorporating Thai identity through details such as woven lighting fixtures and artwork inspired by Thai ways of life, allowing guests to experience a sense of place even before departure.

 

In the area of sustainability, the lounges aim to reduce the use of single-use materials by adopting reusable tableware and service items, while minimizing the use of cans and plastic straws. They also place emphasis on sourcing ingredients from quality local producers and farms in Thailand, supporting the use of locally sourced products and helping reduce the environmental impact of operations over the long term.

 

Food and beverage is another highlight. The lounge features an Open Kitchen, allowing guests to see food being freshly prepared, as well as the first fresh noodle-making machine in an airport lounge in Southeast Asia, designed to enhance the freshness of dishes served on site. The food selection includes well-known Thai favorites enjoyed by both local and international travelers, such as Som Tam, Grilled Chicken, Khao Soi, Luk Chup, and Thai Tea, alongside quality ingredients sourced from domestic producers.


The lounges also follow a pork-free policy, offering greater choice for travelers with different dietary preferences and requirements. This reflects an approach to hospitality that takes into account the diverse cultural backgrounds and needs of international travelers, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and variety.

Exclusive Privileges for KTC Credit Cardmembers

KTC credit cardmembers can enjoy a range of exclusive privileges at Plaza Premium First and Plaza Premium Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Concourse G.

From August 15, 2026, to February 15, 2027, members can redeem KTC FOREVER points through the KTC Mobile app and make an additional payment for lounge access:

  • Plaza Premium First: 5,999 KTC FOREVER points + THB 895
  • Plaza Premium Lounge: 2,999 KTC FOREVER points + THB 445

 

In addition, from August 28 to October 15, 2026, KTC credit cardmembers can enjoy a Buy 1, Get 1 Free offer when paying with a KTC credit card at the Plaza Premium Lounge counter. The applicable rates are THB 2,400 per person for Plaza Premium First and THB 1,750 per person for Plaza Premium Lounge.

 

To further enhance the experience for KTC members, guests using Plaza Premium Lounge can select up to two menu items from a designated selection offered by Plaza Premium First, including signature Khao Soi, Tom Kha Gai, Thai Green Papaya Salad Rolls, Thai Pomelo Salad, and Mango Sticky Rice. Guests using Plaza Premium First will also receive “KTC Ruby Siam,” an exclusive mocktail created especially for KTC credit cardmembers from August 28 to December 31, 2026. All privileges are subject to the terms and conditions specified by KTC.
