KTC launches “Step it Up with KTC FOREVER” major campaign reinforcing the concept of unlimited rewards. Cardmembers enjoy more value on KTC FOREVER points than usual, and 2 forms of value special privileges: conveniently redeem 999 points or points in the amount equivalent to the transaction for discounts or special privileges. Cardmembers redeem viaa variety of redemption channels that are in line with a new era of consumer behaviour at over 170 merchants nationwide under the Daily Transactions category, from October 1 to December 31, 2021. Cardmembers’ behavior has started to shift from using the Food Delivery service in the past to eating out more. KTC FOREVER points are the key to granting members privileges in the"Step it Up with KTC FOREVER"campaign in the 4th quarter. Mr. NattasitSoontranu, Vice President- Credit Card Business, “KTC”,adds, “The COVID-19 situation in the past year has transformed cardmembers to become more familiar with online shopping through various channels such as applications, websites, as well as partner social media channels instead of spending at storefronts. As a result, the proportion of spending through online channels has increased from 30% to 40%. Particularly, spending at various e-Marketplaces grew significantly by 45% compared to the same period in 2020 (January - August). In September, department stores and different merchants in shopping centers have reopened their businesses. This includes the 4th quarter, which is the prime season of spending. It is expected that the total card spending in all partner channels will become more active. As part of the"Step it Up with KTC FOREVER” campaign, KTC has compiledmore than 60 shopping partners with 670 stores nationwideto offer privileges to members. In 2020, KTC saw the highest level of KTC FOREVER point redemptions for products or services in the Shopping category (online and offline channels) in its ports with a total of more than1,800 million redeemed points.It is expected that there will be over700 million pointsredeemed in the Shopping category throughout the campaign.”

“Currently, KTC has a credit card member base of over 2.5 million, with a total of over12,000 millionKTC FOREVER points. Each month, the number of KTC FOREVER points that members redeem is approximately400 million points.The 4th quarter will be a period in which points are redeemed at a higher level compared to other quarters.
