KTC continues its commitment to social responsibility by launching 4 key initiatives: KTC Knowledge Transfer, KTC Knowledge Sharing, KTC COOP, and active participation in Job Fairs at various universities. These projects focus on equipping the new generation of students with practical knowledge and real-world skills, including career readiness, financial planning, and collaboration within organizations.

In the first 4 months of 2025, KTC has actively led its executive team and staff to share knowledge and participate in over 14 Job Fairs in collaboration with various educational institutions, reaching more than 1,000 students. Participating institutions include Thammasat University, Srinakharinwirot University, Bangkok University, Kasetsart University (Kamphaeng Saen Campus), Redemptorist Technological College, Suan Dusit University, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, and Panyapiwat Institute of Management. The knowledge transfer content covers various essential topics, including resume writing techniques, job interview skills, habit building, financial discipline, and the “Crush the Money: The Power of English” course. This specially designed course helps students understand the importance of English in the world of finance and investment.
