KTC จะดำเนินการปรับปรุงระบบในวันพุธที่ 12 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 เวลา 23:30 น. ถึงวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 13 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 เวลา 08:00 น. เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการ

ในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อการทำรายการของสมาชิกบัตรและร้านค้าสมาชิก ดังนี้:
• ธุรกรรมบางรายการผ่านบัตรเครดิต KTC และบัตรกดเงินสด KTC PROUD
• บริการแอป KTC Mobile
• บริการเว็บไซต์ KTC Online
• ร้านค้าสมาชิกที่ให้บริการรับชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการ รวมถึงระบบ Payment Gateway

KTC will be enhancing the payment system from Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 11:30 PM to Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 8:00 AM, to improve service efficiency.

During this period, the following services for KTC cardmembers and merchants may be temporarily impacted:
• Certain transactions using KTC Credit Cards and KTC PROUD Cash Cards
• KTC Mobile App
• KTC Online Website
• Merchants offering payment acceptance services, including the Payment Gateway
