Terms and conditions of Agoda Flight​

1. Get 6% discount (cap max 25 USD) When booking Flight worldwide destination at Agoda with KTC AGODA MASTERCARD credit cards ​
2. Period: 20 Mar 26 – 31 Mar 26 , Travel Period: 20 Mar 26 – 31 Dec 26​
3. Get 8% discount (cap max 30 USD) When booking International flight  at Agoda with KTC AGODA MASTERCARD credit cards ​
4. Get 6% discount (cap max 25 USD) When booking Domestic Flight at Agoda with KTC AGODA MASTERCARD credit cards ​
5. Period: 1 Apr 26 – 31 Dec 26, Travel Period: 1 Apr 26 – 31 Dec 27​
6. Cardholders are required to settle payment including deposit (if any) with valid KTC AGODA MASTERCARD credit cards issued in Thailand to enjoy the Promotion. The amount of discount will be automatically deducted before payment is made.​
7. The benefits of this promotion are limited and will be given on a first come, first served basis.​
8. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.​
9. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discount cards, loyalty programs, vouchers, discounted items, or fixed price items.​
10. The Promotion is valid for bookings on the Site concluded within the stated Travel Period.​
11. The Promotion is available to the eligible cardholders of KTC AGODA MASTERCARD credit cards . Cardholders must settle payment with their KTC AGODA MASTERCARD credit cards in order to enjoy the Promotion. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form after entering a valid KTC AGODA MASTERCARD credit cards card number.​
12. The Promotion is applicable to air transport charges only (excluding taxes, services fees, processing fees, personal expenses, and similar charges).​
13. Bookings on the Site are not eligible for gift cards.​
14. The Promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change at any in the event of any ambiguity, these General terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with Agoda’s interpretation.​
15. Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Site.​
16. All bookings made through the Site are at all times subject to Agoda’s Terms of Use at Agoda.com and other policies then in effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Agoda will not be liable to you in connection with the promotion, the Privilege, these General Terms and Conditions or any other related subject matter.​
17. Agoda’s rights in relation to these General Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and other stated policies are complementary to the maximum extent possible, and nothing herein shall be construed so as to limit, restrict, or otherwise adversely affect any other rights of Agoda.​
18. If any part of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue to be valid and to the limited extent necessary will be replaced with such new terms having similar effect.​

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion​

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.​
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.​
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.​
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion. ​
