Terms and Conditions for “Redeem 2,299 KTC FOREVER Points for a 500 baht Discount Code”

1. This promotional campaign ("Promotion") is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer privileges to KTC VISA, KTC MASTERCARD and KTC JCB credit cardmembers of all card types ("Cardmembers") who have KTC FOREVER Points ("KTC Points") and have registered for the KTC Mobile application ("KTC Mobile App") during the promotion period and under the terms and conditions specified herein.
2. This promotion is not applicable to all types of KTC UNIONPAY, KTC CASH BACK, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC – SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES Credit Cards.
3. Cardmember can redeem 2,299 KTC Points for a 500 baht discount code for the purchase of Bangkok Airways one-way or round-trip tickets on all domestic or international routes departing from Thailand via https://www.bangkokair.com/eng/ktcpro only from 1 Aug 26 – 25 Dec 26 ("Promotion Period") or while discount codes are available.
4. KTC Points will be automatically deducted from the card account used for the redemption according to the specified number of KTC Points.
5. This promotion is reserved for cardmembers who have sufficient KTC Points for the redemption only. Cardmembers with insufficient KTC Points or whose credit cards are temporarily suspended are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Terms and Conditions for “Discount Code Usage”

1. This offer is available exclusively to KTC VISA, KTC MASTERCARD and KTC JCB credit cardmembers.
2. The discount code is valid for one-way or round-trip reservations on Bangkok Airways-operated domestic and international routes departing from Thailand only. Award tickets and tickets booked under Booking Classes X, S and Z are not eligible for this offer.
3. The discount code is valid for ticket reservations, ticket issuance and travel from 1 Aug 26 – 25 Dec 26.
4. Each discount code is valid for one adult passenger per booking only.
5. The discount code must be redeemed through www.bangkokair.com/ktcpro only and is applicable to all published fares available on the website, including Web Promotion, Web Saver, Web Freedom and Blue Ribbon fares. The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and/or special fares.
6. The discount code is applicable to airfare only and cannot be applied to airport taxes, ticket issuance fees, fuel surcharges, other applicable fees and charges, or travel insurance.
7. This offer is reserved exclusively for eligible KTC credit cardmembers who make reservations in accordance with these terms and conditions and pay for the ticket(s) with an eligible KTC credit card. The credit card used for payment must belong to one of the travelling passengers, as the credit card together with a valid identification document, such as a national ID card or passport, must be presented to Bangkok Airways staff upon check-in at the airport.
8. The discount code is valid every day, including public holidays and long holiday periods.
9. The discount code cannot be exchanged for cash, extended or substituted for any other benefit.
10. Ticket conditions are subject to the fare conditions of the selected booking class.
11. This promotion is limited to 1,000 discounted seats throughout the promotion period and is available while privileges last.
12. Seat availability is subject to the selected fare and availability at the time of booking.
13. Seat assignments for bookings without advance seat selection are subject to Bangkok Airways' discretion at the airport check-in counter.
14. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to add, amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
