Terms and Conditions for Bangkok Airways’ FlyerBonus Points Redemption

1. “Cardmember” means a member of all kinds of KTC VISA / MASTERCARD / JCB / UNIONPAY credit cards (except for such cards as are expressly excluded). The cardmember may use the KTC FOREVER points to redeem for FlyerBonus Points on conditions set by KTC. It should be noted that the rates for point redemption and/or for redemption for FlyerBonus Points may vary subject to airfare, package deal, goods/services and/or products, including costs and other related expenses which fluctuate according to the economic situation and marketing. KTC reserves the right to change those rates without prior notice.
2. Any cardmember wishing to redeem for FlyerBonus Points must be a member of FlyerBonus. Those who are not can apply for membership and find out more about FlyerBonus on www.flyerbonus.com or at 1771 (ext. 2).
3. Members may transfer KTC FOREVER points to FlyerBonus points at the following conversion rates:
4. For KTC credit cards: 2 KTC FOREVER points = 1 FlyerBonus point.
5. For all types of KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit cards: 1.5 KTC FOREVER points = 1 FlyerBonus point.
6. When the cardmember redeems the KTC FOREVER points for FlyerBonus Points, the points so redeemed cannot be converted back to KTC FOREVER points, and KTC reserves the right not to be held accountable for the redeemed points.
7. The redemption process for FlyerBonus Points takes about 3 business days. In the case of redemption by a KTC credit card, the points will be transferred to the FlyerBonus ID appearing on the card.
8. The owner of the credit card number and FlyerBonus ID must be the same person.
9. The points redemption is subject to the terms of Bangkok Airways’ FlyerBonus. If transaction not succeed, KTC will transfer the points back to your credit card that the member redeemed.
10. The FlyerBonus Points redemption for reward items is subject to the conditions set by Bangkok Airways’ FlyerBonus.
11. KTC reserves the right to change details of the program without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions of Grandest Surprise Points Travel Sale 20% OFF

1. This offer applies to FlyerBonus members, holding confirmed and valid membership status between 11 January - 31 December 2026.
2. Redemptions must be made online via flyerbonus.bangkokair.com. After accessing the page, select ‘Bangkok Airways Air Awards’ and click on the 'Points Travel Sale 2026’ to proceed with the award booking during the applicable periods listed below.
   - For ALL FlyerBonus Members
   - Booking period: between 11 January - 31 December 2026
   - Travel period: between 11 January - 31 December 2026
3. This offer is applicable for both one-way and round-trip tickets in Economy Class (Booking Class X) or Business Class (Booking Class Z) on schedule flights marketed and operated by Bangkok Airways only.
4. Award tickets cannot be issued as an open ticket and are valid for the travel date and destination shown on the ticket only. Reservation change on travel destination (re-routing), date, time and/or passenger name are not permitted. After award ticket issuance, ticket cancellations and point re-depositing are NOT permitted.
5. This offer is applicable on the number of points required for the award ticket only. Taxes and any applicable fees are charged separately and are NOT subject to any discount.
6. All applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges are the member's responsibility.
7. Awards are subject to capacity control which may limit the number of seats available for award travel and discontinuing any award is solely at the discretion of Bangkok Airways.
8. An award ticket is considered used if a member fails to check in and take a flight already reserved, and the subsequent segments under the same booking will be cancelled. Members will not be able to refund surcharges, and fees or re-deposit those points.
9. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discounts or packages and are non-exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash.
10. Award tickets cannot be used to make reservations for "infant" (Above 7 days and below 2 years old).
11. An award ticket that has been bought, sold or bartered by or to a member may be cancelled or confiscated without prior notice and is at the sole discretion of Bangkok Airways. All rights, including the right to bring legal action or to cancel membership, are also reserved.

13. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to adjust the number of points required for a particular award, withdraw an award or impose additional restrictions on awards as well as withdraw, replace or substitute awards at any time with or without notice

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor, or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
