Terms and Conditions for Exclusive Top Spenders 3-Day, 2-Night Trip

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS MASTERCARD credit card (“Cardmembers”) with the highest cumulative spending across all categories, including at least 1 transaction with Bangkok Airways, (with a minimum total spending of THB 200,000 or more) during 15 May – 31 July 2025 (“Campaign Period”), in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
2. Reserves the right to calculate eligible spending for the purpose of awarding prizes under this campaign based solely on [full payment transactions] made with the KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS MASTERCARD across all spending categories, with the highest cumulative amount during 15 May – 31 July 2025 (minimum total spend of THB 200,000), including at least one transaction with Bangkok Airways (no minimum spend required).
3. Reserves the right to exclude any cancelled transactions and all types of refunds from the spending calculation for the purpose of determining eligibility for benefits under this campaign.
4. The prize for this campaign is an exclusive 3-day, 2-night trip to Trat with KTC and Bangkok Airways, valued at THB 80,000 per prize. A total of 5 prizes will be awarded, each for 2 persons, with a total prize value exceeding THB 400,000. Terms and conditions apply.
5. KTC will announce the names of the cardmembers with the highest cumulative spending as specified on the website https://www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/travel/air-ticket/bangkok-airways-mastercards-topspenders by 31 August 2025. KTC will notify the winners of the prize redemption process and conditions via the phone number or email provided in their KTC membership profile within 15 days from the announcement date. Eligible cardmembers must contact KTC to claim the prize in accordance with the specified terms and within the designated period; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.
6. The prize hereunder is up to 1 prize per [1 card number/1 cardmember] only throughout the Promotion Period.
7. In the case that more than 1 Cardmember have equal accumulated spending amount, KTC reserves the right to award the prize to Cardmember who [has good payment record and more frequently and continuously spend on card/ is the first person who made card payment for goods/services purchased under this Promotion]. In this regard, KTC’s discretion will be final.
8. If the eligible Cardmember is disqualified or fails to meet any requirement as specified in the terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to offer the prize to next top spending Cardmember in line.
9. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
10. The awarded top spending Cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all taxes (if any) at the rate as stipulated by laws.
11. All employees of KTC, as well as the employees of any company involved in this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
12. Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmember’s consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmember’ photographs shall belong to KTC. 
13. The payment must be made in Thai Baht (THB) only and at merchants located within Thailand only.
14. KTC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions announced herein without prior notice.
15. In the event of any dispute, KTC’s decision shall be deemed final. Any objections or inquiries shall be resolved in accordance with KTC’s sole discretion.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
