1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) Applicable only for bookings and ticket issuance on Bangkok Airways for All routes via www.bangkokair.com/ktcpromo during 1 Apr 26 – 30 Apr 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: All types of KTC UNIONPAY, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUND.
3. This Promotion is applicable for a maximum of 2 adults/booking (Adult and one companion) and must be traveling together on the same flight only.
4. Membercard must book and pay for the air ticket using a KTC credit card via www.bangkokair.com/ktcpromo only. The offer is applicable to all standard web fares available on the website, including Web Promotion, Web Saver, and Web Freedom, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
5. The discount applies on the airfare only and does not extend or apply to any applicable tax, airport tax, fuel surcharge or travel insurance.
6. This promotion can be used for reservations at all times including weekends and public holidays.
7. The discount is non-refundable and unable to be exchanged for any cash or kind.
8. Ticket conditions of Bangkok Airways apply; conditions of each ticket may vary in accordance with the booking class.
9. This promotion is limited to 800 seats throughout the campaign period.
10. This offer is exclusively for participating KTC credit card and tickets must be paid with a participating KTC credit card. The holder of the credit card used to book a ticket must be one of the travellers on that itinerary, and will be required to show the actual credit card at the airport check-in counter prior to receiving boarding passes.
11. Eligibility of seat selection is subject to the chosen fare hierarchy.
12. Seat assignment at the check-in counter for reservations without pre-selected seats will be managed at the staff’s discretion.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback 15%
1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 Apr 26 – 30 Apr 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUND.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at https://ktc.promo/PG-Special-Deals within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.
11. The transaction must be made in Thai Baht (THB) only.
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
