Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members all types of KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on to book a minimum of 2 consecutive nights in advance at any Dusit Hotels & Resorts during 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS , KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.

Terms and Conditions of the “Earn 2X FlyerBonus Points (up to 1,000 points) and Enjoy an Additional 15% Discount” Promotion

1. Advance reservation is required via www.dusit.com/specialoffers/KTCFly, by emailing customerservice@dusit.com, or by contacting the hotel directly. Please quote the promo code KTCFly. All bookings are subject to room and rate availability.
2. To receive double FlyerBonus points, guests must present a KTC – Bangkok Airways co-branded credit card, a FlyerBonus membership number, and be a Dusit Gold member via the Dusit Hotels & Rewards app upon check-in.
3. A minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights is required.
4. Earn 500 base points + 500 bonus points per eligible stay at Dusit Thani and dusitD2.
5. Earn 250 base points + 250 bonus points per eligible stay at Dusit Princess.
6. Earn 200 base points + 200 bonus points per eligible stay at ASAI Hotels.
7. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or privileges.
8. Non-transferable, non-extendable, and not redeemable for cash or other services.
9. Maximum occupancy per room is two adults; additional guests may incur extra charges.
10. Privileges are subject to change without prior notice.
11. All general terms and conditions of Dusit Hotels & Resorts and the Dusit Gold Loyalty Programme apply.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
