Promotion Redeem KTC FOREVER points for Plaza Premium Lounge at Macau International Airport with KTC Credit Card

Terms and Conditions for Plaza Premium Lounge

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide benefits to KTC credit cardholders (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and have registered for the KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during the period from 15/05/2026 - 15/11/2026 (“Campaign Period”) under the specified conditions.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC COMMERCIAL, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Points and credit limits will be automatically deducted from the card account used for redemption according to the specified amount.
4. Only members with sufficient points and credit limits for the redemption amount are eligible. Members with insufficient points or credit limits cannot participate.
5. Redeem points for Plaza Premium Lounge airport lounge access and pay the additional amount as follows:
   - Plaza Premium Lounge: 1,620 KTC FOREVER + 250 Baht​
   - Plaza Premium First: 6,300 KTC FOREVER + 940 Baht​
6. Redemption period: 15/05/2026 - 15/11/2026
7. Coupon expiration date: 15/11/2026
8. The lounge services can be used up to 3 hours per time.

e-Coupon Usage Conditions For Plaza Premium Lounge:

1. Members must register for the KTC Mobile App and use e-Coupons at participating merchants during the campaign period (15/05/2026 - 15/11/2026).
2. Screenshots or photos of e-Coupon codes are not accepted.
3. Show the received code in KTC Mobile to lounge staff before entering.
4. Limit of 1 e-Coupon code per transaction and a cardmember can redeem points for more than 1 e-Coupon.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
