Promotion redeem KTC FOREVER points for airport lounge access or airport transfer services with a KTC credit card

Terms and Conditions for The Coral Lounge

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide benefits to KTC credit cardholders (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and have registered for the KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during the period from 11/11/2025 to 31/12/2026 (“Campaign Period”) under the specified conditions.
2. Excludes all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC COMMERCIAL cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE cards, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES cards.
3. Points and credit limits will be automatically deducted from the card account used for redemption according to the specified amount.
4. Only members with sufficient points and credit limits for the redemption amount are eligible. Members with insufficient points or credit limits cannot participate.
5. Redeem points for The Coral Lounge airport lounge access and pay the additional amount as follows:
   5.1 Domestic Terminal (Chiang Rai, Udon Thani, Hat Yai): 1,699 KTC FOREVER + THB 250
   5.2 Domestic Terminal (Don Mueang, Phuket, Chiang Mai): 2,399 KTC FOREVER + THB 350
   5.3 International Terminal (Don Mueang, Phuket, Chiang Mai): 2,500 KTC FOREVER + THB 375
   5.4 Domestic Terminal, Suvarnabhumi Airport: 2,699 KTC FOREVER + THB 400
   5.5 International Terminal, Suvarnabhumi Airport (Cosmo Lounge / Cocoon Lounge): 2,699 KTC FOREVER + THB 400
   5.6 International Terminal, Suvarnabhumi Airport (Finest Business Class): 5,000 KTC FOREVER + THB 750
   5.7 International Terminal, Suvarnabhumi Airport (First Class Lounge): 9,199 KTC FOREVER + THB 1,375
   5.8 Chubu Centrair Nagoya Airport: 3,000 KTC FOREVER + THB 450

e-Coupon Usage Conditions For The Coral Lounge:

1. Members must register for the KTC Mobile App and use e-Coupons at participating merchants during the campaign period (11/11/2025 - 31/12/2026).
2. Screenshots or photos of e-Coupon codes are not accepted.
3. Show the received code in KTC Mobile to lounge staff before entering.
4. Limit of 1 e-Coupon code per transaction.

Terms and Conditions for Miracle Lounge​

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide benefits to KTC credit cardholders (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and have registered for the KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during the period from 15/1/2025 to 31/12/2026 (“Campaign Period”) under the specified conditions.​
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC COMMERCIAL, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.​
3. Points and credit limits will be automatically deducted from the card account used for redemption according to the specified amount.​

   5.4 International Terminal, Don Mueang Airport: 2,200 KTC FOREVER + THB 325 ​
6.    5.5 Domestic Terminal, Don Mueang Airport: 2,000 KTC FOREVER + THB 300​
7. Redemption period: 15/01/2026 - 31/12/2026​
8. Coupon expiration date: 31/12/2026​
9. The lounge services can be used up to 2 hours per time.

Terms and Conditions for GB Limousine

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide benefits to KTC credit cardholders (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and have registered for the KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during the period from 11/11/2025 to 28/06/2026 (“Campaign Period”) under the specified conditions.
2. Only KTC MASTERCARD holders are eligible.
3. Limit of 1 e-Coupon code per transaction per sales slip.
4. Members must contact the service provider at 0 2821 5991 or email booking@ground-business.com at least 1 day in advance. During holidays, reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Operating hours: 08:00 – 17:00.
5. Service is available only within Bangkok and surrounding areas (within a 40 km radius). Additional charges apply for locations beyond the specified radius.
6. Service is provided by Toyota Camry, accommodating up to 2 passengers and 2 suitcases (not exceeding 28 inches).
7. Limousine service is one-way, either pick-up or drop-off at Don Mueang or Suvarnabhumi Airport.
8. Redemption period: 11/11/2025 - 28/06/2026 or until coupons run out.
9. Coupon expiration date: 29/06/2026

For GB Limousine:

1. Members must register for the KTC Mobile App and use e-Coupons at participating merchants during the campaign period (11/11/2025 - 28/06/2026).
2. Contact the service provider at 0 2821 5991 or email booking@ground-business.com at least 1 day in advance. During holidays, reserve at least 3 days in advance. Operating hours: 08:00 – 17:00.
3. Service available only within Bangkok and surrounding areas (within 40 km). Additional charges apply beyond this radius.
4. Service provided by Toyota Camry, accommodating 2 passengers and 2 suitcases (not exceeding 28 inches).

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
