Term & Condition for Flight

2. Promo code platforms: Trip.com desktop website, mobile website, and app (Version 7.5 or higher) in Thai language
3. The cardmember may use Trip.com promo code on conditions as below. Get 300 Baht discount When booking a Flight at Trip.com for  round-trip ticket on international route and any airlines (excluded China routes & domestic routes). Limited 50 coupons per week for this campaign
4. During the booking period, users must sign in to their Trip.com account in Thai language and make a flight booking, then enter promo code on the payment page in order to receive the discount. Promo codes apply to the price before fees, and additional costs.
5. Promo codes can be applied to one-way or round-trip tickets worldwide (excluding domestic routes within mainland China), regardless of the airline.
6. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Each member can only use one promo code and use one promo code per booking per device. Only one promo code can be used per account.
7. Promo codes cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or Trip Coins.
8. In case of booking cancellations, the promo code used for the booking will automatically be credited back to the user's account and made available again for use during the booking period it was issued in.
9. Flight change and cancellation policies may vary. Please refer to the flight policies upon reservation.
10. Prices displayed are subject to availability. All prices are accurate at the time they are displayed and are updated regularly. Please refer to the details listed on Trip.com to confirm availability, prices, and terms and conditions.
11. Promo codes used to make bookings which are then modified by customer service hotline will be considered null and void. In such an event, customers will not be credited back with the promo code and will not be entitled to any new promo code.
12. Trip.com and KTC reserves the right to reject any non-eligible bookings and to all rights of final interpretation.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
