Conditions

1. This promotion (“promotion”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Cardmembers”) who spend via KTC credit card (“Card”) at Balloon Adventure Thailand during 1 Dec 2024 – 31 Dec 2026 (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. This promotion is for Thai Residents only .
3. All terms and conditions are as determined by Balloon Adventure Thailand and KTC. The Company reserves the right to change or cancel any details, conditions and/or privileges in this promotion without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Balloon Adventure Thailand and KTC shall be final.
4. KTC is not a distributor or service provider and is not involved in any way with regard to such products or services. In the event that a KTC credit card member has any questions or complaints about products or services or requires a receipt/tax invoice, please contact the distributor or service provider directly.
5. This special promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
