Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is available to Thai nationals and foreigners who are residents of Thailand (work permit holders only).
2. The Company reserves the right to refuse any invalid, expired, or previously used codes in all cases.
3. The privilege can only be used as specified and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any otherdiscounts or promotions.
4. Unused expired codes will be deemed forfeited and are non-refundable.
5. The membership card price is 611 THB per card for a 3-year validity, applicable to both adults and children at the sameprice (regular price: 8,640 THB for 3 years).
6. The membership provides unlimited access to both zones: Safari Park and Marine Park.
7. Each membership card is valid for one person only and may be used exclusively by the registered cardholder. The privilegecannot be transferred to another person.
8. Children under 100 cm in height may enter free of charge and must be closely supervised by a parent or guardian.
9. Upon successful payment and membership registration, members will receive a Safari World membership e-ticket with aQR code, which can be scanned for immediate entry without the need for a physical card. Members who wish to receive aphysical card may contact Safari World directly.
10. The membership can be used immediately after registration and is valid until 31 December 2028.
11. Safari World is closed on Mondays, except on public holidays or special opening dates announced by the Company.
12. This promotion is valid only at Safari World and is subject to the terms and conditions of Safari World Public CompanyLimited.
13. Rights or products obtained under this campaign are not for resale or for commercial use.
14. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, theCompany’s decision shall be final.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
