The Terms and Conditions for Redeeming e-Coupon via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app and KTC Promo (“KTC Mobile app)” at participating stores during 8 Nov 25 – 31 Dec 25 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. Please notify staff before each usage of this special privilege.
3. Only press redeem to use the e-Coupon in front of staff to receive the privilege.
4. KTC reserves the right not to accept e-Coupon codes from recordings or photos capturing from a mobile phone or computer screen under any circumstances.
5. KTC reserves the right to limit the usage of one e-Coupon per each payment per sales slip. Multiple sales slip cannot be combined.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
