- Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and notvalid for resale.

- Admission is subject to park operating hours andcapacity at the time of visit.

- This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions, or vouchers.
- Admission tickets must be used on the selected day of visit and cannot be resold or duplicated; each ticket is valid for a single use only.
- Mandai Wildlife Group assumes no liability for any damage or loss incurred, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
- Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right, without prior notice or liability, to alter operating hours, close, or restrict admission to the Conservatories due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, or other reasons.
"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
