Promotion Airport Transfer at AVIS Rent A Car with KTC credit card

Terms and Conditions for MG Maxus 9 Airport Transfer Service

1. Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance before the service date via LINE OA: @avisthailand.
2. The company will confirm the booking after payment has been received.
3. The quoted rates cover transfers from the pick-up location to the drop-off location only, without detours or stops along the way. Additional pick-up/drop-off points along the route will incur 400 THB per point (if applicable).
4. The service rates include vehicle, 7% VAT, driver, fuel, parking fees, and expressway tolls. The price is per vehicle (BKK Zone A–B). For Zone C, an additional charge of 300 THB per trip applies (as detailed in the attached document).

6. • Airport pick-up per trip: 90 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. Extra waiting will be charged 700 THB per hour, with a maximum waiting time of 3 hours.
   • Non-airport pick-up per trip: 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. Extra waiting will be charged 700 THB per hour, with a maximum waiting time of 2 hours.
6. For usage beyond the agreed service or outside the notified schedule, the company reserves the right to charge additional fees.
7. For changes or cancellations, please notify at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Failure to show up at the scheduled time will be considered a NO SHOW, and the customer forfeits this service, which will be deemed provided by the company.
8. All terms and conditions are in accordance with AVIS Rent A Car policies. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. The company acts only as a booking agent. In the event of damage, injury, or loss of opportunity, responsibility lies with the respective vehicle provider. Users cannot claim damages or expenses from the company and must seek compensation directly from the service provider.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jan 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all type of KTC PROUD cash card. 
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at AVIS Rent A Car, will get special price for  airport transfer service start from 1,500 Baht on the original price of goods/services purchased.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
