Terms and Conditions 

1. Book and pay instantly before traveling by entering the first 6–9 digits of your card number via www.AVISThailand.com/KTC, the booking amount will be withhold until the pick up date. KTC credit card needs to be present when pick up the vehicle. Car model is subject to availability. (4 hours late drop off, rental for than 4 hours will be charged as 1 full day) 
2. Price include : unlimited mileage and CDW insurance 
3. Price exclude : 7% VAT and SCDW insurance 
4. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. No cash or debit card accept. No refund 
5. Documents need to be present when pick up 1) ID card / Passport 2) Driver license 3) KTC credit card used for booking, must be valid not expire with sufficient credit line for deposit 8,000 - 15,000 Baht / vehicle and for other charges (if any) 
6. AVIS and KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, AVIS and KTC’s decision is deemed final.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card  (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 16 Jan 25 - 31 Dec 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC PROUD   
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at www.AVISThailand.com/KTC , will get up to 40% discount on the original price of service.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 16 Jan 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/travel/car-rental-rail-pass/avis-get-50 or www.ktc.co.th/ktctravel, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC. 
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately. 
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating store, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. 
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
