Promotion Airport Transfer & Car Rental at AVIS Rent A Car with KTC - BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card

Terms and Conditions for “Discount up to 45% off Airport Transfer services”

1.    This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card (“Cardmembers”) when booking Airport Transfer services through AVIS Rent A Car via the designated channels during the period 15 Feb 26 – 31 Jan 27 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.

2.    The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.

3.    Please make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance prior to the service date via LINE OA: @avisthailand.

4.    The company will confirm the booking after full payment has been received.

5.    The rental rate covers one-way pick-up and drop-off service from the origin to the destination only, with no detours or intermediate stops. In case of additional pick-up or drop-off points along the route, an extra charge of 400 THB per stop will apply (if any).

6.    The stated service rate includes the vehicle, 7% VAT, driver, fuel, parking fees, and toll charges. The price is per vehicle (BKK Zone A–B). For Zone C, an additional charge of 300 THB per trip applies (as per attached details).

7.     For airport pick-up on a per-trip basis, the waiting time is 90 minutes from the scheduled time. Exceeding this will incur an additional charge of 700 THB per hour, with a maximum waiting time of 3 hours.
For non-airport pick-up on a per-trip basis, the waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled time. Exceeding this will incur an additional charge of 700 THB per hour, with a maximum waiting time of 2 hours.

8.   In case the service is used beyond and/or outside the scope previously informed to the company, the company reserves the right to charge additional service fees.

9.    In case of any changes or cancellation of travel arrangements, please inform the company at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Failure to show up at the scheduled time will be considered a NO SHOW. The customer will forfeit the right to this service, and the service will be deemed as fully rendered.

10.   This promotion is not eligible for participation in Bangkok Airways’ FlyerBonus accrual program.

11.   All terms and conditions are subject to AVIS Rent A Car’s policies. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

12.   The company acts solely as a booking agent. In the event of damage, injury, and/or loss of opportunity, liability shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the vehicle concerned. The service user shall not claim any damages or other expenses from the company and must seek compensation directly from the service provider only.

Terms and Conditions for “Chauffeur-Driven Car Service (Daily)”

1.    This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card (“Cardmembers”) when booking Airport Transfer services through AVIS Rent A Car via the designated channels during the period 15 Feb 26 – 31 Jan 27 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.

2.    The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.

5.     One day of service is defined as 8 hours (the service rate applies between 06:00–22:00). Any usage beyond the specified time will be charged at 700 THB per hour.

6.     The stated service rate includes 7% VAT, a driver, and a mileage limit of up to 350 km (BKK Zone A–B). For Zone C, an additional charge of 300 THB per trip applies.

7.     The stated service rate does not include toll fees, parking fees, or other special service charges.

8.     In case the service is used beyond and/or outside the scope previously informed to the company, the company reserves the right to charge additional service fees.

Terms and Conditions for “Car Rental 1 Day, Get 1 Day Free”

1.    This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card (“Cardmembers”) when booking Car Rental Service through AVIS Rent A Car via the designated channels during the period 15 Feb 26 – 31 Jan 27 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.

2.    The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.

3.    Reservations and payment must be made in advance prior to travel by entering the first 6 digits of the credit card number via www.avisthailand.com/KTCCOB. Payment must be made with a KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card only. A minimum rental of 2 days is required. Reservations are subject to branch availability and vehicle availability at the time of booking. A grace period of up to 4 hours for late return is allowed; exceeding 4 hours will be charged as 1 additional rental day.

4.   The rate includes 7% VAT, unlimited mileage, and vehicle damage coverage with zero excess (SCDW).

5.   The rate does not include Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) for the driver and passengers, Theft Protection (TP) in case of vehicle theft during the rental period, an additional driver, or other optional services. These can be purchased at the time of booking, via the Call Center prior to travel, or at an AVIS service location.

6.   This promotion cannot be combined with other privileges or discounts. Cash payment is not accepted in all cases.

7.    This privilege is not applicable during long holidays, festive periods, and blackout dates: 5–17 April 2026, 1–12 December 2026, and 22 December 2026 – 5 January 2027.

8.   Required documents for car rental:

• National ID card or Passport
• Valid driver’s license (issued for at least 1 year)
• A valid credit card under the renter’s name with sufficient credit limit for the security deposit of 8,000–15,000 THB per vehicle, and for payment of rental fees and other charges (if any).

9.    This promotion is not eligible for participation in Bangkok Airways’ FlyerBonus accrual program.

“General Terms and Conditions” for Promotion

1.   Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

2.   Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

3.   KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.

4.    KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to card members under this promotion.
