1. Drivers must be 23 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
2. The renter must be a valid credit card holder.
3. The renter must present a valid national ID card or passport.
4. Rates include insurance with no deductible and value-added tax (VAT).
5. Reservations can be made only through the reservation department by calling 090 545 6000 (press *) or at participating branch locations.
6. One additional driver is provided free of charge.
7. Vehicle reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
8. Rates exclude any additional extra charges.
9. Vehicle availability is subject to model availability and branch location.

Terms and Conditions

5. Free 1 extra driver
6. Car reservation 24 hours in advance.
7. Promotion is for car rental only and does not include other EXTRA CHARGES

9. Pick up and drop off at the Bizcar Rental branches only, no car delivery service.
10. NO REFUND for cancellation
11. The company reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Feb 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC PROUD cash card. 
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at Bizcar Rental at specific period, will get up to 40% instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
