Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jul 25 – 30 Sep 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC PROUD
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores will get special price, domestic car rental start from 790 Baht/day on the original price of goods/services purchased.

Term & Condition at Budget Thailand

1. Privilege for KTC Credit card only.
2. This price can be used everyday during promotion period.
3. This price includes standard car insurance and unlimited mileage. (not include gasolin)
4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discount coupons and online reservations.
5. Card members must be 21 or older. And Require document ID card - Passport / Driver license / KTC credit card used for booking, must be valid not expire with sufficient credit line for deposit 5,000 Baht.
6. Rental car reservations via Call Center Tel. 0 2203 9222 - 1 or Budget branch only. (not available on online channel)
7. Booking confirmation depending on the number of available cars of each branch.
8. Other conditions are as specified by the company.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
