If the booking is canceled within 1 hour of the transaction, the customer will receive a full refund without deducting any fees.
If the booking is canceled more than 1 hour after the transaction, the customer will receive a full refund of HAUP Credit back to the user account. 1 HAUP Credit is equal to 1 baht in cash and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The customer must cancel the booking before the time that specified in the booking list. If the start time has passed there are no refund in any case.
