Chic Car Rent Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Exclusive Privilege: For KTC Credit Cardmembers only.
2. Booking Code: Please provide the code "CHICxKTC" before making a reservation to receive the promotional rate.
3. Insurance: The stated rates include Platinum Insurance.
4. Weekend Policy: No additional surcharges for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
5. Public Holidays: A surcharge of 150 THB per day applies on public holidays.
6. Peak Period Surcharge: A surcharge of 400 THB per day applies during the following periods:
7. • December 1 – 12 and December 22 – 31
   • January 1 – 4
   • April 2 – 18
7. Applicability: Discounts are applicable for all car models and at all branches.
8. Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 7 - 14 days in advance.
9. Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 21 years old and present a valid ID card or Passport upon vehicle collection and return.
10. Driving License: Renters must hold a valid domestic or international driving license that has been held for at least 1 year and is valid throughout the rental period.
11. Security Deposit: A credit card pre-authorization (hold) of 5,000 THB is required for all car models on the day of vehicle collection.
12. Non-transferable: This privilege cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
13. Rights Reserved: The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the company’s decision is final.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jan 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores will get special price car rental starting from 850 Baht on the original price of goods/services purchased.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
