Terms & Conditions for Chic Car Rent e-Coupon

1. This privilege is exclusively for KTC Mobile app users who redeem points through the application.
2. The promo code obtained from the KTC Mobile app must be provided every time before making a reservation to receive the promotional rate.
3. The promotional rate includes Basic Insurance.
4. Special Offer: Get a 50% discount when purchasing Platinum Insurance alongside this promotion.
5. Weekend & Holiday Surcharge: An additional 100 THB per day applies for rentals on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
6. Peak Period Surcharge: An additional 400 THB per day applies for travel between 2 – 18 April 2026.
7. The e-Coupon is valid only for the specific car models defined in the promotion.
8. Reservations must be made at least 7–14 days in advance.
9. Renter Requirements (Age): The renter must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid National ID card or Passport at the time of rental and return.
10. Renter Requirements (Driving License): The renter must hold a valid Thai or International driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience. The license must remain valid until the vehicle is returned.
11. Security Deposit: A credit card authorization (hold) of 5,000 THB is required as a security deposit for all car models upon vehicle pick-up.
12. This privilege is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
13. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the company’s decision is final.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during 01/04/2026 - 31/08/2026(“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC PROUD cash card, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmember can redeem to receive e-Coupons as follows:
   1). 1-Day Car Rental e-Coupon: Honda City 1.5 or equivalent (Value 1,621 THB) via KTC Mobile app.
   -Redeem 6,500 KTC FOREVER points OR Redeem 3,500 KTC FOREVER points + 450 THB according to the specified terms and conditions.
   2). 1-Day Car Rental e-Coupon: Honda BR-V SV or equivalent (Value 2,599 THB) via KTC Mobile app.
   -Redeem 8,000 KTC FOREVER points OR Redeem 4,500 KTC FOREVER points + 500 THB according to the specified terms and conditions.
4. The redemption of e-Coupon hereunder is up to 1 e-Coupon code per 1 transaction per sales slip.

5. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
6. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
8. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
