Terms and Conditions

1. Please mention Code: CHICxKTCSPD before making a reservation to receive the promotional rate.
2. The mentioned prices include full insurance with zero excess (SCDW).
3. No additional charges apply on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
4. The discount is valid for all car models and all branches nationwide.
5. Customers must make a reservation at least 7–14 days in advance.
6. Renters must be at least 21 years old, and must present a valid national ID or passport that is not expired on both the pick-up and return dates.
7. Renters must also present a valid national or international driver’s license with at least 1 year of validity, which must not be expired on both the pick-up and return dates.
8. Security deposit – On the rental date, staff will block a credit limit of THB 5,000 on a credit card for all car models.
9. These privileges cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
10. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the company’s decision is final.
11. For electric vehicles (EVs): Vehicles will be provided with a battery level between 90–100% at pick-up. Renters must return the vehicle with a battery level of no less than 25%.
12. Other terms and conditions apply as specified by the company.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount)

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jun 25 - 30 Jun 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion : KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores will get special price car rental starting from 700 Baht on the original price of goods/services purchased.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
