Terms & Conditions for 650 THB/Day Car Rental

1. This privilege is valid for bookings and rentals with Drive Car Rental via Call Center at 02-821-5992 from May 4, 2026 – July 8, 2026. Unlimited rental days are allowed, but the offer is limited to one redemption per person.
2. Driver’s License: A valid, non-expired driver’s license is required.
3. Payment: The credit card used for booking must be presented, and the payment must be settled with a credit card upon vehicle pickup.
4. Inclusions: The rate includes Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Car Insurance, and VAT. This includes SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver), but excludes coverage for tires and all glass/windshield damage.
5. Renter Requirements: Minimum age of 21 years old. / Both primary and additional drivers must present a valid license and a Passport or National ID card at pickup.
6. Drivers must have a clean driving record, and the license must have been held for at least one year / International Licenses: Renters must possess a local driver’s license, an International Driving Permit (IDP), or a certified Thai translation of their license.
7. Credit Card Ownership: The renter must be the cardholder. The credit card must have a sufficient credit limit, with a minimum of 10,000 THB available.
8. Security Deposit: A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card. For 1.0L engine cars, the deposit is 10,000 THB. This amount will be released after the vehicle is returned in good condition according to the agreed terms.
9. Delivery & Collection Service: For off-site pickup or return, please contact the Call Center at 02-821-5992 (Daily, 08:00 – 17:30).
   In Bangkok:
   Free delivery/collection for rentals over 7 days (within a 20 km radius).
   - 21 – 30 km: 321 THB / trip.
   - 31 – 50 km: 535 THB / trip.
   - 51 – 70 km: 749 THB / trip.
   - Upcountry or over 70 km: Charges are based on distance.
   - For rentals less than 7 days or upcountry services, please contact the Reservation Department for more details.
10. A grace period of 1 hour is allowed for vehicle returns.
11. Reservations must be made in advance by calling 02-821-5992.
12. The company reserves the right to decline bookings if vehicles are unavailable during long holidays or festive seasons.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 4 May 26 - 8 Jul 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion:KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores will get car rental special price 650 Baht / day instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
