Terms and Conditions for Car Rental at Drivemate

1. Rent a car with Drivemate and get up to THB 500 discount for KTC credit card holders.
2. Enjoy a discount of THB 50 per day for daily car rentals.
3. Enjoy a discount of THB 500 per month for monthly car rentals.
4. Promotion Period: August 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026
5. Rental Eligibility:
• Renters must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid (non-expired) driver’s license.
• Renters must be valid holders of a KTC credit card (not expired).
• Renters must present a valid national ID card or passport (not expired).
6. Eligible Vehicle Models: All vehicles listed in the Drivemate system are eligible.
7. Prices include insurance with either no deductible or a deductible, depending on the selected vehicle.
8. Prices exclude VAT (Value Added Tax).
9. Vehicles must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.
10. Extra charges (if any) are not included.
11. Vehicle availability depends on the model and branch location.
12. Pick-up and return must be at the branch location only. Extra fees apply for off-site pick-up or return, depending on the vehicle selected.
13. For bookings made with special discounts, the company reserves the right not to refund in case of cancellation.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Aug 25 - 31 Aug 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at Drivemate will get 50 Baht / day discount for daily car rental and 500 baht / month discount for monthly car rental instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
