Terms & Conditions at Exclusive Car Rental

1. A minimum rental of 3 days is required.
2. For rentals that include December 31, 2026, a minimum rental of 4 days is required.
3. Full payment must be made using a KTC credit card only to redeem the privilege (excluding rental deposits or booking fees).
4. Members must present their KTC credit card upon vehicle pickup. The security deposit pre-authorization (hold) must also be processed on a KTC credit card.
5. Reservations must be made via the company’s Website, LINE Official Account, or Call Center.
6. Complimentary vehicle delivery and pickup services are available only within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, and Pathum Thani.
7. Limited to 1 privilege per rental agreement.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Aug 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion:  KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card .
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores with a minimum rental of 3 days, will get Complimentary Door-to-Door delivery and return service within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, and Pathum Thani value up to 1,498 Baht.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
