- Vehicle models may differ and specifications may vary by location. Vehicles can be reserved by car group only and not by particular car model or colour. Fleet subject to change without notice.
- Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior departure.
- Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year.
- Offer excludes taxes, fees, optional product and services, fuel, additional charges such as airport taxes and sundry fees and the GST that applies to these charges.
- No other rates, discounts or promotions can be used concurrently.
- Offer is not applicable on pay now, contract, tours, government, or insurance replacement rentals. Hertz
- standard terms and conditions, driver, rental, and credit qualifications in effect at the time and place of rental apply.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
