Terms and Conditions for Hertz Thailand

1. Exclusive privileges for KTC credit cardholders only. Get special car rental rates with Hertz Thailand starting at 990 THB/day (this offer depends on vehicle availability at the time).
2. Special rates available when booking through the website www.hertzthailand.com (by entering the Promo Code according to the travel period as specified by the company).
3. Booking period: 1 October 2025 – 30 January 2026.

6. These special rates and privileges do not apply during 23 December 2025 – 12 January 2026.
7. These special rates apply only for payment via credit card with Pay Now method.
8. These special rates include the following privileges:
• First-class insurance (No Deductible) with Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) that has no excess fee.
• Free weekend charge (Friday-Saturday-Sunday, no additional fee).
• Late return grace period of 4 hours (counted from the car pick-up time and only during branch working hours; if exceeding 4 hours, additional charge for one day applies).
• Add one additional driver.
• Unlimited mileage.
• 7% Value Added Tax (VAT).
9. These privileges do not include tire insurance (TW), theft protection (TP), personal accident insurance (PAI), or other optional services. Additional services can be purchased at any Hertz Thailand branch nationwide.
10. In case of damage or loss that is irrecoverable, charges exceeding 30,000 THB will be billed.
11. Cars can only be picked up during branch operating hours. Additional fees apply for pick-up or return outside operating hours.
12. At the time of pick-up, renters must provide a credit card for a security deposit block of 5,000 THB for all car models.
13. This privilege applies to car rentals at all Hertz Thailand branches nationwide.
14. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
15. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
16. For booking changes, customers must notify at least 48 hours in advance. A fee of 200 THB per change applies. Contact via reserve@hertzthailand.com. The company reserves the right to withhold refunds under all circumstances.
17. Cross-branch returns: Allowed only for rentals of 3 days or more.
• For rentals of 3–4 days, a distance-based fee applies.
• For rentals of 5 days or more, no fee applies *except for Nan and Phitsanulok branches, where fees apply in all cases.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Oct 25– 31 Dec 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all type of KTC PROUD cash card. (excluding cardmembers are depending on mechanic of the promotion)
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at Hertz Thailand, will get special price Start from 990 Baht on the original price of goods/services purchased.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
