Terms and Conditions for Hertz Thailand Privileges

1. This promotion is reserved exclusively for KTC members who have sufficient KTC FOREVER points and complete the point redemption via the KTC Mobile app under the specified conditions.
2. Upon successful redemption, KTC members will receive a Unique Code to be used for car rental reservations to receive special rates and privileges.
3. Reservations must be made strictly via Line Official Account: @hertzth  [Advance booking of 5 days required (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)].
4. One e-Coupon is valid for a 24-hour car rental period, subject to the terms and conditions set by the service provider.
5. The special rate includes the following benefits:
   - First-class insurance: Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) with No Deductible.
   - Weekend Charge Waiver: No additional fees for rentals on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
   - Tire Waiver (TW).
   - One additional driver at no extra charge.
   - Unlimited mileage.
   - 7% Value Added Tax (VAT).
6. This privilege excludes Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), and other optional services. These may be purchased directly from Hertz Thailand on the date of vehicle pickup.
7. In the event of unrecoverable damage or loss, the service provider will charge the KTC member for damages exceeding 30,000 Baht.
8. Vehicle pickup and return must be within branch operating hours. For services outside of operating hours, additional fees apply per instance, as specified on the service provider’s website.
9. On the pickup date, KTC members must use a KTC credit card for a security deposit of 5,000 Baht for all car models.
10. This privilege is valid at 15 Hertz Thailand branches (excluding Nan, Phitsanulok, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Trang).
11. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other sales promotions.
12. Privileges cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
13. Changes to Reservations: Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance via reserve@hertzthailand.com, with a service fee of 200 Baht per change. The service provider reserves the right not to refund rental fees for successful bookings under any circumstances, except in cases of provider error or force majeure.
14. Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the same branch. However, for rentals of 3 days or more, one-way rentals are permitted with the following conditions:
    - 3–4 day rentals: Additional one-way fees apply based on distance as determined by the provider.
    - 5 days or more: One-way fees are waived between the following 15 branches:
    1) Bangkok – Sathorn (Kronos Building)
    2) Suvarnabhumi Airport
    3) Don Mueang International Airport
    4) Pattaya (Windmill Plaza)
    5) Chiang Mai International Airport
    6) Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai Airport
    7) Phuket International Airport
    8) Phuket Jungceylon Patong
    9) Krabi International Airport
    10) Surat Thani International Airport
    11) Hat Yai
    12) Samui International Airport
    13) Udon Thani International Airport
    14) Ubon Ratchathani International Airport
    15) Khon Kaen International Airport.
15. One-way returns to Nan, Phitsanulok, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Trang will incur a service fee in all cases.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during 20/05/2026 - 15/11/2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC PROUD cash card, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmember can redeem to receive e-Coupons as follows:
   1-Day Car Rental e-Coupon: Toyota Yaris or equivalent (Valued at 1,090 Baht) Redeem with 5,500 KTC FOREVER points OR redeem with 3,000 KTC FOREVER points + 350 Baht via KTC Mobile app
   1-Day Car Rental e-Coupon: Honda Civic or equivalent (Valued at 1,780 Baht) Redeem with 8,500 KTC FOREVER points OR redeem with 5,500 KTC FOREVER points + 550 Baht via KTC Mobile app
4. The redemption of e-Coupon hereunder is up to 1 e-Coupon code per 1 transaction per sales slip.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
