Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is available to KTC credit cardholders who use MIDO Car Rental services, subject to the specified terms and conditions.
2. Cardholders must make a reservation through the MIDO Car Rental website and enter the designated promotional code during the booking process.
3. Receive 10% off the rental fee for eligible car rental bookings under this promotion.
4. This promotion is applicable to the vehicle types and models specified by MIDO Car Rental.
5. Promotion Period: September 1, 2026 – December 31, 2027
6. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special rates unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.
7. The discount applies to the car rental fee only and excludes fuel costs, fines, vehicle delivery or pick-up fees, and any other additional charges.
8. The renter must meet the qualifications and provide the required documents in accordance with MIDO Car Rental’s standard terms and conditions.
9. Cardholders may be required to present their KTC credit card to verify their eligibility for the promotion.
10. The number and types of vehicles available under this promotion are subject to vehicle availability during the applicable period.
11. Promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
12. Cancellation or modification of reservations is subject to MIDO Car Rental’s terms and conditions.
13. The details and terms of this promotion may be subject to change as deemed appropriate without prior notice.
14. The terms and methods for redeeming the promotional benefits shall be in accordance with the terms mutually agreed upon by MIDO Car Rental and KTC.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 16 Sep 26 - 31 Dec 27 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all type of KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores, will get 10% instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
