Terms and Conditions for Self-Drive Car Rental

  1. Prices exclude comprehensive insurance (Type 1), personal accident insurance, tire insurance, and 7% VAT.
  2. For rentals of 2 days or more, contract extensions are eligible for a free 1-class car upgrade (selected car models only).
  3. Vehicle rental is subject to availability according to the company’s terms and conditions.
  4. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
  5. Reservations can be made via Call Center 1798 or the Sixt Thailand website using the code “KTCD26”.
  6. Vehicle delivery and return outside designated locations is subject to company discretion.
  7. Rentals cannot be made on public holidays or long holidays, as defined by the company:

  9. Required documents for rental:

  10. Pre-Authorization Deposit at Vehicle Pickup:

    • Vehicle Code (SDAR, FFAR, IFAR, RFAR, IDAE): 15,000 THB / rental contract
    • Vehicle Code (FDAR, SVAR): 20,000 THB / rental contract

  11. Deposits are processed via credit card only. The held amount will be released back to the card after vehicle return, subject to the financial institution’s processing time.
  12. For continuous rental extensions after a pre-booked and prepaid rental, customers must contact Call Center 1798 or the branch directly. Additional rental charges will apply according to branch rates.

 

Terms and Conditions for Airport Transfer Car Rental Service

  1. Please make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance via SIXT Call Center 1798, Line ID: @sixtthailand, or email reservations@sixt.co.th
  2.  (daily 8:30 – 18:00).
  3. For changes or cancellations, please notify at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid any applicable charges.
  4. The service fee includes fuel and tolls, but excludes 7% VAT.
  5. This service covers pickup or drop-off from Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang Airports to all Bangkok districts, categorized as follows:
    • Inner Bangkok Districts: Khlong Toei, Khlong Sam Wa, Khan Na Yao, Chatuchak, Don Mueang, Din Daeng, Dusit, Bang Kapi, Bang Khen, Bang Kho Laem, Bang Sue, Bang Na, Bang Rak, Bueng Kum, Pathum Wan, Prawet, Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Phaya Thai, Phra Khanong, Phra Nakhon, Min Buri, Yannawa, Ratchathewi, Lat Krabang, Lat Phrao, Wang Thonglang, Watthana, Suan Luang, Saphan Sung, Samphanthawong, Sathorn, Sai Mai, Nong Chok, Lak Si, and Huai Khwang.

  6. Additional 100 THB per trip applies for Don Mueang Airport transfers (VAT excluded).
  7. For airport arrivals, the limousine will wait up to 1 hour 30 minutes after flight landing. If the customer cannot be reached or fails to show (No-Show) within this time, 100% cancellation fee applies.
  8. For hotel pick-ups (departures), the limousine will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If the customer cannot be reached or fails to show (No-Show) within this time, 100% cancellation fee applies.
  9. No-Show on the scheduled date and time is considered service completed.
  10. Any route changes or trips outside the original route may incur additional charges.
  11. The company reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse service if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the allowed limit without prior notification.
  12. In emergencies preventing timely service due to accidents, traffic congestion, road closures, riots, or floods, the company reserves the right to provide a replacement vehicle of equivalent or higher class.
  13. All services are subject to the company’s terms and conditions; please review them before using the service.
  14. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.

 

Terms and Conditions for Daily Chauffeur-Driven Car Rental (10 Hours, Domestic)

  1. Prices exclude VAT and parking fees.
  2. Prices are per hour, including fuel and tolls. Travel is allowed anywhere, but the vehicle must return to the original pickup point.
  3. Prices apply only for the start and end hours at the customer’s pickup location.
  4. For out-of-province trips calculated by the hourly rate, if the round trip is less than 700 kilometers and the customer does not return with the vehicle, additional charges will apply: the hourly rate selected by the customer plus the hours for the return trip.
  5. For out-of-province round trips exceeding 700 kilometers, calculated by the hourly rate, if the customer uses less than 10 hours and requests an overnight stay with service continued the next day due to a sudden schedule change during the trip, the company will charge a 10-hour package + overnight fee of 1,100 THB (VAT excluded) plus any additional transfer rate according to the province.
  6. The Additional Charge Rate per Hour cannot be discounted.
  7. For same-day out-of-province trips (morning to evening), an additional driver allowance of 250 THB (VAT excluded) will apply.

 

Terms and Conditions for Special Services at Suvarnabhumi Airport

  1. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email reservations@sixt.co.th
  2. For bookings for 15–99 persons/group, reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
  3. For cancellations, please send an email at least 12 hours in advance. If canceled later than this, the full service fee will apply.
  4. If the customer uses more or fewer Fast Track services than booked, charges will be applied according to the actual number of users.
  5. If the customer uses more Golf Carts than booked, service will be provided only to the pre-booked passengers.
  6. Each passenger is allowed up to 3 pieces of luggage. For excess luggage, please notify in advance to arrange a porter, which incurs additional charges.
  7. For transit without checking through baggage that requires check-in, the service fee will be charged twice.
  8. If using Golf Cart and the flight arrives at a Bus Gate, service cannot be provided; only Fast Track service will apply. The company reserves the right not to notify in advance.
  9. Children under 10 years old traveling with a guardian are exempt from Fast Track and Golf Cart fees.
  10. Visa on Arrival service does not include visa fees.

 

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 16 Jan 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
  2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
  3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/travel/car-rental-rail-pass/sixt-rent-a-car or www.ktc.co.th/ktctravel, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC. 
  4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
  5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately. 
  6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
  7. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating store, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
  8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. 
  9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
  10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).

 

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

  1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
  3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
