Terms and Conditions for Airport Transfer Car Rental Service

1. Please make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance via SIXT Call Center 1798.
2. For changes or cancellations, please notify at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid any applicable charges.
3. The service fee includes fuel and tolls, but excludes 7% VAT.
4. This service covers pickup or drop-off from Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang Airports to all Bangkok districts, categorized as follows:
5. • Inner Bangkok Districts: Khlong Toei, Khlong Sam Wa, Khan Na Yao, Chatuchak, Don Mueang, Din Daeng, Dusit, Bang Kapi, Bang Khen, Bang Kho Laem, Bang Sue, Bang Na, Bang Rak, Bueng Kum, Pathum Wan, Prawet, Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Phaya Thai, Phra Khanong, Phra Nakhon, Min Buri, Yannawa, Ratchathewi, Lat Krabang, Lat Phrao, Wang Thonglang, Watthana, Suan Luang, Saphan Sung, Samphanthawong, Sathorn, Sai Mai, Nong Chok, Lak Si, and Huai Khwang.
   • Outer Bangkok Districts: Chom Thong, Taling Chan, Bang Phlat, Thawi Watthana, Bang Khun Non, Bang Khun Thian, Bang Phai, Bang Bon, Thung Khru, Ratchaburana, Khlong San, and Thonburi.
   • • Metropolitan Areas: Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan provinces.
5. Additional 100 THB per trip applies for Don Mueang Airport transfers (VAT excluded).
6. For airport arrivals, the limousine will wait up to 1 hour 30 minutes after flight landing. If the customer cannot be reached or fails to show (No-Show) within this time, 100% cancellation fee applies.
7. For hotel pick-ups (departures), the limousine will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If the customer cannot be reached or fails to show (No-Show) within this time, 100% cancellation fee applies.
8. No-Show on the scheduled date and time is considered service completed.
9. Any route changes or trips outside the original route may incur additional charges.
10. The company reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse service if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the allowed limit without prior notification.
11. In emergencies preventing timely service due to accidents, traffic congestion, road closures, riots, or floods, the company reserves the right to provide a replacement vehicle of equivalent or higher class.
12. All services are subject to the company’s terms and conditions; please review them before using the service.
13. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during 10/04/2026 - 31/12/2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC PROUD cash card, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmember can redeem to receive e-Coupons as follows:

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
