Terms and conditions for code usage at Sixt Rent A Car

1. The code does not include First Class Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Tire Insurance, and VAT.
2. If the rental exceeds 1 day, members must pay the additional difference for the other rental days.
3. In the event of vehicle unavailability, the company reserves the right to provide rentals according to the company’s conditions.
4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
5. Reservations can be made via the Call Center at 1798.
6. The company reserves the right to refuse off-site vehicle delivery and return services.
7. Blackout Periods: This e-Coupon cannot be used for travel during the following dates : 10 - 19 Apr 26, 8 - 31 Dec 26
8. Required documents for rental: ID card, driving license, and credit card.
9. Security deposit (Pre-Authorization) on the pick-up date for car codes (MDAR, EDAR, CDAR, IDAR, IDAH): 8,000 THB / rental contract.
10. • For car codes (SDAR, FFAR, IFAR, RFAR, IDAE): 15,000 THB / rental contract.
    • For car codes (FDAR, SVAR): 20,000 THB / rental contract.
    • For car codes (SFAR, PCAR, ICAR, FVAE): 30,000 THB / rental contract.
10. The company will process the transaction via credit card only; the credit limit will be returned to the customer's credit card after the vehicle is returned, depending on the financial process of each financial institution.
11. In the event that the renter wishes to extend the rental after completing the advance booking and payment, the renter must contact the Call Center at 1798 or the rental branch directly, and the additional rental price will be based on the current walk-in price.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during 10/04/2026 – 30/11/2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC PROUD cash card, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmember can redeem to receive e-Coupons as follows:

•  Redeem with 6,500 KTC FOREVER points to get e-Coupon for 1-day car rental: Toyota Altis or equivalent value 2,200 Baht
• Redeem with 9,500 KTC FOREVER points to get e-Coupon for 1-day car rental: Honda HRV-e:EL or equivalent value 3,000 Baht
• Redeem with 14,000 KTC FOREVER points or redeem with 4,000 KTC FOREVER points + 1,500 Baht to get e-Coupon for 1-day car rental: BMW X1 or equivalent value 5,800 Baht
• Redeem with 5,000 KTC FOREVER points + 1,200 Baht to get e-Coupon for 1-day car rental: Xpeng G6 or equivalent value 5,500 Baht
• Redeem with 5,500 KTC FOREVER points + 3,500 Baht to get e-Coupon for 1-day car rental: Xpeng X9 or equivalent value 8,000 Baht

4. The redemption of e-Coupon hereunder is up to 1 e-Coupon code per 1 transaction per sales slip.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
