Limousine Service Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the travel date via LINE Official Account: @blacktielimousine, available daily from 09:00–21:00 hrs., by providing the promo code and making payment with the specified KTC credit card only.
  2. In the case of any changes or cancellation of travel details, customers must notify at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
    1. No charges will be applied.
  3. In the case of changes or cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, or failure to appear at the scheduled time (No-Show), a cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge will apply and will be charged directly to the customer.
  4. For pick-up at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport, the driver will wait for the customer for up to 90 minutes after the flight has landed.
    1. If airport staff are unable to contact the customer or the customer cannot be located at the scheduled time, the limousine will be returned and a No-Show fee of 100% of the service charge will be applied and charged directly to the customer.
    2. If the customer wishes to extend the waiting time beyond the scheduled time, an additional waiting fee of THB 535 per hour will apply (calculated from minute 91 onward).
  5. For pick-up from a hotel or residence, the driver will wait for the customer for a maximum of 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
    1. If the company is unable to contact the customer or the customer cannot be located at the scheduled time, the limousine will be returned and a No-Show fee of 100% of the service charge will be applied and charged directly to the customer.
    2. If the customer wishes to extend the waiting time beyond the scheduled time, an additional waiting fee of THB 535 per hour will apply (calculated from minute 31 onward).
    3. If the customer requests the driver to wait longer than the scheduled pickup time, the company shall not be responsible for any delays in reaching the destination.
  6. In the event that the customer requests a vehicle upgrade, route deviation, or services outside the agreed service area, the company reserves the right to charge additional fees, which will be charged directly to the customer.
  7. The company reserves the right to change the vehicle model to an equivalent category, subject to service availability during the specified period.

Limousine Reservation Procedure

  1. Reservations must be made via LINE Official Account: @blacktielimousine, available daily from 09:00–21:00 hrs., at least 72 hours prior to travel.
  2. Customers must provide Promo Code: KTCLM2026.
  3. Customers must specify the vehicle type requested.
  4. Customers must provide travel details, including passenger information, vehicle type, flight details, date, time, and pick-up and drop-off locations.
  5. Customers must provide the BIN number of the KTC credit card for verification by the staff.
  6. Customers must review and confirm the reservation details.
  7. Payment must be completed using the specified KTC credit card, with the BIN number matching the approved list.
  8. Customers will receive a booking confirmation via Email or SMS.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Feb 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
  2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion:KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card. 
  3. Cardmembers who spend on card at The Black Tie Service, will get up to 400 THB instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

  1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
  3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
