The Private Pool Villas at Civilai Hill Khao Yai Promotion with KTC Credit Card

1. This rate is valid from 15 Sep 26 to 31 Sep 27 (excluding 26 December 2026 to 2 January 2027).
2. The rate includes a 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
3. Rates for the Pool Villa and Panoramic Pool Villa are for 2 guests only. Rates for the 2-Bedroom Pool Villa are for 4 guests only, and rates for the 4-Bedroom Pool Villa are for 10 guests only.
4. Breakfast is included for 2 guests in the Pool Villa and Panoramic Pool Villa, for 4 guests in the 2-Bedroom Pool Villa, and for 10 guests in the 4-Bedroom Pool Villa.
5. Please make your reservation at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
6. This rate is available only for guests paying with a KTC credit card.
7. A surcharge of 1,500 baht per villa per night applies to stays on public holidays and long weekends as specified by the resort.
8. Cancellations, no-shows, or changes made within 7 days of the stay will void the booking.
9. A private sauna is available in the Pool Villa, Panoramic Pool Villa, and 4-Bedroom Pool Villa.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
