Kalanan Riverside Resort Promotion with KTC credit card

1. Prices are net (inclusive of VAT & service charges)
2. Reservations are subject to availability
3. A maximum of two pets (dog and cat only) is allowed per room, with a maximum weight of less than 10 kgs for deluxe rooms, and no weight limit for villa. A charge of THB 1,000 NET / pet / day will be applied to your room account.
4. Due to health code regulations, we regret that pets are not allowed in the meeting room areas, any food and beverage outlets, or pool areas.
5. Pets are permitted in assigned rooms.
6. Your pet cannot be left unattended in your room at any time.
7. Your pet must be always kept on a leash when he/she is in the resort, or on the resort property, unless it is in your room.
8. If you require housekeeping service, please contact our Housekeeping Department to arrange a convenient time for service.
9. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenient.
10. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property.
11. We understand that accidents are sometimes unavoidable. If an accident should occur, please call our Housekeeping Department immediately so we may try to prevent any permanent damage.
12. Guests are responsible for, and liable for all damage done because of the actions of their pet.
13. The hotel reserves the right to charge a guest's account for the cost of such.

“General Terms and Conditions”Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
