4. Reservations within less than 7 days are subject to availability with an additional THB 888 per booking.
5. Voucher number must be provided to confirm reservation, and the guest’s credit card is required at check-in for incidentals.
6. Guests must present the printed or digital voucher upon arrival. Used vouchers will be marked as redeemed.
7. Voucher is valid for 1–2 adults per room only. Children under 12 years old are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation or date change is free of charge if made at least 10 days prior to arrival.
2. Cancellation or date change within 10 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of THB 999.
3. No-show reservations will incur a fee of THB 5,555 or the voucher will be forfeited.
4. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

KTC Mastercard Privilege Terms

1. Valid for KTC Mastercard cardmembers only during 1 Mar – 30 Nov 2026
2. Excludes KTC Government Cards and KTC PROUD cash card products
3. Members purchasing the Junior Suite voucher and Gaia Spa add-on will receive THB 1,000 dining credit (1 per stay)
4. Members will earn regular reward points from the spending amount

General Terms & Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
