1. The above rates are net per room per night, inclusive of breakfast for 2-4 persons.
2. Surcharge THB 1,000 per room per night for extra bed including breakfast.
3. 7 Days advanced reservation is required prior check-in and payment with KTC credit card directly to the hotel.
4. The reservation is subject to room availability.
5. Please notify the hotel prior making the reservations and check in to eligible for KTC’s privileges.
6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
7. The hotel reserves the rights to restrict, suspend, modify or substitute the promotion without prior notice.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
