Additional e-Coupon Privileges – Terms & Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to provide benefits to KTC VISA credit cardmembers (“Cardmembers”). Cardmembers who spend THB 4,500 or more per sales slip with a KTC VISA credit card during 1 October 2026 – 31 March 2027 will receive 1 e-Coupon for use at participating outlets, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein (“Campaign Period”).
   KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card loans are excluded from this Campaign.
2. Cardmembers must inform the staff and activate the e-Coupon in front of the staff every time they wish to redeem the privilege.
3. Screenshots, screen recordings, or photographs of the e-Coupon code displayed on a mobile phone or computer will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. One e-Coupon code may be redeemed once per transaction and per sales slip to receive the privilege under this Campaign.
5. The privilege is available only when the e-Coupon is used together with a KTC VISA credit card.

Terms & Conditions for restaurants and spas

1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
2. Make advance reservations for the restaurant and spa (Oriental Bar requires reservations 24 hours in advance).
3. This discount is applicable for dining orders at the restaurant only.
4. Alcoholic drinks, Cicchetti Night, and Sabato Pizza Night are not included.
5. This promotion can be used 1 time per month.
6. Please specify "KTCPROMOTION" when making a reservation or when using services at the restaurant and spa.
7. The payment must be settled by KTC credit card to receive the benefit.
8. Discounts apply only to regular-priced menu items and exclude in-room dining, minibar, takeaways, and delivery services.
9. Not applicable on public holidays or during special events unless otherwise specified.   

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
