General Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (the "Campaign") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited ("KTC" or "the Company") to provide exclusive benefits to KTC credit cardholders ("Cardholders") who make transactions at participating merchants during the promotional period from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025 ("Campaign Period"), subject to the specified terms and conditions.
2. VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, KTC credit cards for government agencies, All other KTC loan cards, KTC PROUD and Employees of KTC, affiliated companies, and any entities involved in organizing this Campaign
3. Only transactions made in full payment (not installments) and meeting the minimum accumulated spending requirement of THB 8,000 within the Campaign Period will be considered for eligibility in this Campaign.
4. Any accumulated spending below THB 8,000 will not be considered towards additional benefits.
5. Transactions that are canceled or refunded in any manner will not be counted toward the spending calculation for this Campaign.
6. A total of 10 hotel complimentary vouchers, with a combined value of THB 100,000, will be awarded as follows:

7. KTC will announce the list of eligible Cardholders with the highest accumulated spending on the website https://ktc.promo/pawcation by August 31, 2025.
8. KTC will contact the winners via the registered phone number within 15 days of the announcement.
9. If KTC is unable to reach a winner, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible Cardholder with the highest accumulated spending.
10. Each Cardholder is eligible to receive only one prize throughout the Campaign Period.
11. If multiple Cardholders have the same accumulated spending amount, the prize will be awarded to the Cardholder with a better repayment history and a higher frequency of credit card usage. The decision of KTC is final.
12. If an eligible winner is found ineligible or does not meet the conditions, the prize will be transferred to the next eligible Cardholder with the highest spending.
13. Cardholders who cancel their credit card accounts before the prize is awarded will forfeit their eligibility.
14. Prize winners are responsible for any applicable taxes as required by law.
15. KTC employees and individuals involved in organizing this Campaign are not eligible to participate.
16. By participating in this Campaign, winners consent to KTC using their names and images for promotional purposes, including appearing in advertisements and media as determined by KTC. KTC retains full copyright ownership of such promotional materials.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
