Term and conditions for Shopee Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges only for members who apply for a new primary card type of KTC VISA credit card through the Shopee App and have reached spending criteria according to terms & conditions.
2. Shopee discount code 100 Baht can be used as a discount for paying for products via the Shopee App with no minimum purchase / transaction and selecting payment with a KTC VISA credit card only, The e-Coupon will be expired in 90 days after received
3. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only. Exclude payment via Google Pay.
4. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount before discounts from Shopee coins and delivery fee.
5. Applicable to all categories except Digital products, Ticket & Voucher, Baby powdered milk formula 1&2, Gold Bar, Gold Plate, Gold Rings, Gold Necklaces, Gold Earrings, Gold Bangles, Diamond Rings, Diamond Necklaces, Diamond Earrings, Diamond Bangles, and legally controlled goods.  
6. This voucher is applicable to only Shopee Standardized Logistics Service (Cannot be used with Seller Own Fleet, Bulky Delivery, Instant Delivery).
7. For selected products and services only. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
8. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
9. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.
10. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

Terms and Conditions for Top Spender

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/ UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 15 Jun 26  - 31 Aug 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD.
3. Only card transactions which are paid in full of KTC Credit card with the accumulation of 10,000 Baht throughout the campaign
4. Any refund from the cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion. 
5. The prize in this Promotion is
   5.1 A 6-session swimming package at Dogdaysbkk — 1 prize, total value 18,000 THB
   5.2 An annual health check-up (Gold package), covering 30 items, at Hato Pet Wellness / Hato Animal Hospital — 1 prize, value 6,990 THB
6. KTC will announce the name list of top spending Cardmember as specified by KTC via call within 60 days and will contact them to inform the procedures and conditions for claiming their prize within 30 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the top spending Cardmembers must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the conditions and within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for such prize.
7. The prize hereunder is up to 1 prize per 1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.
8. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
9. The awarded top spending Cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all taxes (if any) at the rate as stipulated by laws.
10. All employees of KTC, as well as the employees of any company involved in this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
