7. The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated Promotion landing page only at following URL: agoda.com/ktc and this Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid” ,“Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.​
8. The designated hotels which participate in the other promotion will show discount once the user inputs correct KTC credit card number.​
9. The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).​
10. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).​
11. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Promotion landing page after entering a valid credit card number and can not join with other promotion.​
12. The additional discount which the cardmembers get under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating.​
13. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.​
14. The additional discount which the cardmembers get under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating.​
15. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.​
16. Agoda and KTC can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.​
17. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda and KTC. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda & KTC shall be final​

Terms and Conditions for 0% Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at www.agoda.com and Agoda application during 16 Oct 24 - 15 Oct 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Installment is available with a minimum transaction of THB 1,500 for 3 months and 4 months when select payment option paynow
3. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. (excluding cardmembers will depend on mechanic of each Promotion.)
4. These privileges are reserved for the installment payment of specific participating goods/services as specified by this terms and conditions only.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Cardmembers who spend on card will be eligible to redeem for discount on the purchase of goods/services in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
4. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
5. Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
6. This Promotion excludes the spending on goods/services in the following categories: gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages and any product sold in the rental booths or shops.
7. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
8. The point redemption for discount hereunder is up to 1 time per sales slip per day only throughout the Promotion Period.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
