Term and Conditions of promotion

1. Get 5% discount hotel bookings made with KTC Visa card issued in Thailand. Booking period : 1 Sep 2025 – 31 Dec 2025. Travel period : 1 Sep 2025 – 31 Jun 2026  Destinations worldwide.
2. This Visa promotion offer is available for a limited time only while supplies last.
3. Valid for Visa cards issued in Thailand only.
4. The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated Promotion landing page only at following URL: agoda.com/visath
5. This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”,“Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.
6. The designated hotels which participate in the Visa promotion will show “VISA TH” once the user inputs correct Visa card number.
7. The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
8. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
9. Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
10. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Promotion landing page after entering a valid Visa card number.
11. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
