Terms and Conditions – Redeem KTC FOREVER Points for Discount Codes for Flights, Hotels, Car Rentals, or Activities with Gother

  1. This promotion is exclusively for payments made using a KTC credit card, and the cardholder must make the booking between 1 Jul 25 - 30 Jun 26 .
  2. KTC FOREVER points can be redeemed for discount codes via the KTC Mobile Application.
    • Redeem 1,000 KTC FOREVER points for a 120 THB discount code when booking eligible products with a minimum spend of 1,000 THB per transaction.
    • Redeem 3,000 KTC FOREVER points for a 360 THB discount code when booking eligible products with a minimum spend of 2,000 THB per transaction.
    • Redeem 5,000 KTC FOREVER points for a 650 THB discount code when booking eligible products with a minimum spend of 3,000 THB per transaction.
    • Redeem 10,000 KTC FOREVER points for a 1,400 THB discount code when booking eligible products with a minimum spend of 5,000 THB per transaction.

  7. Discount codes cannot be used for hotel bookings with a pay-at-hotel option.
  8. Booking confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking. All booking terms are subject to Gother’s conditions. Users may view these terms at www.gother.com/th-th/terms-and-conditions.
  9. Discount codes are valid for online payments in Thai Baht (THB) only.
  10. In the event of a failed booking, cancellation, or refund, customers may request the discount code to be reinstated by contacting Gother at 02-001-5855 or via LINE @GotherOfficial, and must provide the booking reference number within the promotional period only. The reinstatement is subject to the actual value used and only if the code has not expired or been fully used. Reinstated codes will retain their original conditions and expiration dates. No extension will be granted.
  11. Discount codes cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
  12. The name used for booking cannot be changed or transferred to another person.
  13. In the event of booking cancellations and refunds, the process will follow the Company’s standard procedures.
  14. The Company is not involved in the provision of services by Gother and assumes no responsibility for any issues or damages related to those services. For any inquiries, complaints, receipts, or tax invoices, please contact Gother directly at 02-001-5855 or via LINE @GotherOfficial.
  15. Gother and the Company reserve the right to change, amend, or cancel this promotion, in whole or in part, or replace the benefits with items of equal or comparable value. Customers will be notified at least 7 days in advance via Gother and/or the Company's website or other designated channels. However, if the change does not disadvantage the customer, Gother and/or the Company may proceed without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Gother and/or the Company shall be final.

  1. "General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

  1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
