Promotion for KTC UNIONPAY credit card at Klook

1. Limited to 1 redemption/cardholder within the promotion period. The system will calculate each entitlement cycle from 22:01 hrs (Thailand time) to 22:00 hrs (Thailand time) on the following day. Transactions made from 22:01 hrs (Thailand time) onwards shall be counted toward the entitlement calculation of the next day, on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. The promotion is limited to 800 redemptions throughout the promotion period. 
3. Successful registration does not constitute confirmation of eligibility or a guarantee that the cardholder will be entitled to receive the benefit.
4. Cardholders may register one eligible card to participate in the campaign. Once the registration is completed, the registered card cannot be changed or removed.
5. If the payment currency differs from the currency of the Klook coupon, the coupon value will be converted into the payment currency based on the exchange rate determined by Klook. 
6. Each Klook coupon is valid for one-time use per order only. If the order amount is lower than the coupon value, the remaining balance cannot be reused or refunded.
7. The amount displayed on the sales receipt or payment page may reflect the full price prior to discount. The actual amount paid after the discount will be reflected in the SMS notification and in the cardholder’s bank statement or mobile banking application.
8. This promotion can be used in conjunction with any other promotions, except for other UnionPay promotions. Cardholders are entitled to only one UnionPay promotion. The system will automatically apply the promotion offering the highest discount or benefit.
9. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
10. n case of any issues or if the card cannot be used, please contact the customer service of the card-issuing bank.
11. For any issues with the discount not being applied after use, please contact UnionPay customer service via Facebook Messenger at “UnionPay International – Thailand” within 45 days from the transaction date for further assistance. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to reject any retroactive refund or compensation claims.
12. In case of refunds, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, excluding the discount.
13. In case of refunds or cancellations for transactions that enjoy discounts, the user will be deemed to have forfeited the discount. The actual payment amount of the order shall be refunded to the user's original payment card. The quota is considered as used.
14. UnionPay International will not provide any compensation or issue a new discount if the user is unable to receive the discount due to technical issues, personal reasons, or any other reasons, such as a lost or expired card, pre-authorized transactions posted after the transaction date due to delayed system posting, insufficient balance, unsuccessful deduction, system malfunction, unsupported device, the application not being updated to the latest version, or the location function not being enabled. 
15. In case of any fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of benefits, unlawful conduct, or violation of the terms and conditions of the promotion, UnionPay International reserves the right, without prior notice, to disqualify any cardholder and/or cancel, revoke, or claw back any or all benefits granted. UnionPay International further reserves the right to deny participation in any future promotions, and to seek compensation and/or take legal action as deemed appropriate depending on the severity of each case.
16. UnionPay International is not the supplier or provider of any products or services and shall not be responsible for any products, services, or ancillary services offered by the merchants, which shall be solely responsible for the same. For any inquiries or disputes, cardholders should contact the relevant merchant or service provider directly.
17. The promotional materials are permitted solely for promoting UnionPay activities and must be removed after the promotion ends. UnionPay International is not responsible for any unauthorized use thereafter.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
