Promotion for KTC JCB credit card at Booking.com

1. Exclusive for JCB credit cards issued in Thailand.
2. Booking period from 15 February 2025 – 15 May 2025 and staying period from 15 February 2025 – 31 December 2025
3. Receive up to 10% discount on accommodation when made a reservation through www.booking.com/JCBTH and pay by JCB Credit Card. Maximum reward value 50 Euro.
4. To avail of the reward offer, visit www.booking.com/JCBTH and proceed with the following steps:
   4.1 Sign up or log in to a registered Booking.com account. Users must be logged in to receive the benefit.
   4.2 Search for the accommodation and travel dates.
   4.3 Only accommodations with a badge showing the estimated Instant Reward value are eligible for the offer.
   4.4 Choose the preferred accommodation and room type to see the rate and estimated instant reward value displayed in the ‘Price Summary’ as an automatic deduction of costs.
   4.5 At checkout, customers must opt-in for the ‘Pay Now’ option to be eligible. Users must use a JCB card to complete the booking and receive the reward.
   4.6 Once the booking is complete, you will get an email confirmation highlighting the reward amount applied to the cost of your stay.
5. Customers who select ‘Pay Later’ and ‘Pay at the Property’ will not be eligible for an Instant Reward.
6. If the customer selected ‘Pay Later’ and ‘Pay at the Property’ accommodation, the instant reward cannot be retroactively applied after a booking is confirmed.
7. All conditions of the promotion must be met at the time the booking is made; no retroactive claims will be allowed.
8. Bookings made through the Booking.com app or Booking.com direct are not eligible for this promotion.
9. Canceled and “no show” bookings are not eligible.
10. Taxes and other fees and charges may not be taken into account for the calculation of the final reward. The final reward is subject to the exchange rate.
11. Accommodations that do not accept credit cards are not eligible for the offer. These are accommodations that only accept cash as a mode of payment and do not have a “Instant Reward” badge displayed on their listing.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
