1. Discount is applied on checkout with an eligible Mastercard Consumer credit, debit and prepaid cards issued in Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
2. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form after entering payment details of an eligible Mastercard Consumer credit, debit and prepaid cards.
3. This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”, “Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.
4. The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of properties made through the Agoda‑Mastercard campaign redirect or via the designated URL on web, app and mobile website.
5. The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
6. The APP promotion eligibility will expire if the cardholders do not finish checkout within 2 hours of campaign redirect.
7. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
8. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and local language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
9. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Mastercard and/or Agoda shall be final.
10. Mastercard and/or Agoda can change the terms & conditions at any time.
11. Mastercard’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding on the cardholder and Mastercard is not obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promotion.
12. Use when necessary and pay back full amount on time to avoid 16% interest rate.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
