Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for up to 15 % Cash Back​

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during specified period 15 Jul 2026 –30 Sep 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.​
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.​
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at ktc.promo/travelsuperdeal26 within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.​
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.​
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.​
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.​
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at specified minimum of spending, will be eligible to redeem KTC FOREVER points up to 15% cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.​
8. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder​
9. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of Promotion Period. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).​

Terms and Conditions for Receiving Shopee e-Coupon via KTC Mobile​

1. This promotional campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to provide benefits to KTC VISA credit cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) who haveany type of KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and make eligible purchases/payments with their KTC VISA credit card (“Card”) at participating travel partners during 1 October 2026 – 31December 2026 (the “Campaign Period”), subject to the specified terms and conditions.​
2. The Campaign is not applicable to holders of KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD, KTC-SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC VISA SME COMMERCIAL GOLD, and KTC cards issued for government agencies.​
3. KTC VISA credit cardmembers will receive a THB 500 Shopee e-Coupon for every THB 15,000 spent per sales slip, when making eligible purchases with their Card at participating travel partnersand registering for the Campaign under Offer 2, within the specified period.​
4. • Round 1:​
     KTC VISA credit cardmembers who make eligible purchases with their Card from 1 October 2026 – 31 October 2026 will be entitled to receive a THB 500 Shopee e-Coupon, which can be used as a discount on purchases at Shopee with a minimum spend of THB 1,000. A total of 350 e-Coupons are available for this round. Each sales slip is entitled to a maximum of THB 1,500 in Shopee e-Coupons.​
   • Round 2:​
     KTC VISA credit cardmembers who make eligible purchases with their Card from 1 November 2026 – 30 November 2026 will be entitled to receive a THB 500 Shopee e-Coupon, which can be used as a discount on purchases at Shopee with a minimum spend of THB 1,000. A total of 300 e-Coupons are available for this round. Each sales slip is entitled to a maximum of THB 1,500 in Shopee e-Coupons.​
   • Round 3:​
     KTC VISA credit cardmembers who make eligible purchases with their Card from 1 December 2026 – 31 December 2026 will be entitled to receive a THB 500 Shopee e-Coupon, which can be used as a discount on purchases at Shopee with a minimum spend of THB 1,000. A total of 350 e-Coupons are available for this round. Each sales slip is entitled to a maximum of THB 1,500 in Shopee e-Coupons.​
     
     The eligible spending amount refers to the net amount remaining after deducting any discounts.​
4. The Shopee e-Coupon is available only to Cardmembers who have downloaded and activated the KTC Mobile application.​
5. Cardmembers must activate and claim the Shopee e-Coupon within 7 days from the date the e-Coupon is received. KTC reserves the right to revoke the Shopee e-Coupon if the Cardmember failsto activate and claim the e-Coupon within the specified period. The e-Coupon cannot be reinstated or reclaimed under any circumstances.​
6. The Shopee e-Coupon can be used from the date of receipt until the expiry date specified for each round only. KTC reserves the right to revoke the Shopee e-Coupon if it is not used within thespecified validity period. The e-Coupon cannot be reinstated or reclaimed under any circumstances.​
7. • Round 1: The Shopee e-Coupon is valid from the date of receipt until 31 March 2027.​
   • Round 2: The Shopee e-Coupon is valid from the date of receipt until 30 April 2027.​
   • Round 3: The Shopee e-Coupon is valid from the date of receipt until 31 May 2027.​
7. Each Shopee e-Coupon can be used once per purchase/order, subject to the eligible product categories and purchase conditions specified in the table below. Any remaining balance after applyingthe e-Coupon must be paid with a KTC credit card.​
8. The Shopee e-Coupon cannot be used to offset shipping fees.​
9. The Shopee e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions during the same period. The e-Coupon cannot be used for purchases of tickets, gift vouchers, infant formula forchildren aged 1–2 years, mobile phones, TV equipment, gold, or other products restricted by law.​
10. Interest charges, credit line usage fees, penalties, other fees and charges, refunds resulting from cancellation of purchases/services, and all types of refunded amounts will not be included in thecalculation of eligible spending for this Campaign.​
11. This Campaign cannot be combined with other promotions.​
12. The Shopee e-Coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.​

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion. 
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
